This free 4‑week coaching package is available to women who’ve completed a Discovery Call.

Offer: Four 45‑minute coaching sessions — remote, walking, or seated.
Availability: Free places only, September to December.
Focus: Personal growth and threshold moments, tailored to your needs.
In return: Sessions are recorded for accreditation purposes, and I kindly ask for a short testimonial at the end.

This short programme offers focused support and reflection — space to pause, recalibrate, and move forward with clarity.

Antenatal Course 11th November- 6 week course (Early Bird Places)

Antenatal Course – 6 Weeks Prepare for the journey into parenthood with this supportive six‑week programme. This course is limited to 6 places, open to either couples or individuals.

Together we’ll explore:

Navigating maternity systems – understanding your choices and feeling confident in healthcare settings

Birth preparation – practical tools and emotional readiness for labour and delivery

Changing emotions – recognising and responding to the shifts that come with pregnancy and new parenthood

Caring for your baby – gentle guidance on feeding, settling, and building early connection

This course is designed to help you feel informed, supported, and empowered as you move through pregnancy and into life with your new baby.

Refresher Course (3weeks) Starting 17th November

Time to revisit your last birth and make sense of what you want this time

Up‑to‑date information on labour, birth, and feeding — without assuming you remember everything

Space to explore what’s changed in maternity care since your last baby

Gentle planning for life with a newborn and older children

A small, steady group where your experience is valued and your questions are welcome
